My Organized Wedding Pro · for wedding planners
Your wedding operations assistant. Streamline timelines, coordinate vendors and keep everyone aligned — all in one place.
Free for pilot partners. No card, no commitment.

The admin behind the magic
Endless spreadsheets, documents and WhatsApp groups
Every wedding lives in a different mix of files and chats, and the latest version is whichever one someone forwarded last.
Hours spent updating timelines and coordinating vendors
One change to the ceremony time means re-sending the schedule to the photographer, the caterer, the band and the couple's family.
Managing multiple weddings without losing track
Three weddings in the same month, each with its own helpers, deadlines and details — and all of it held together by you.
The platform
What's live today, and what we want to build with you — kept clearly apart.
Interactive wedding-day timeline
A run of show where every moment has a responsible person, helpers and a backup — printable for the venue.
Task allocation for helpers and coordinators
Tasks with an owner, a deadline and instructions. Helpers get their own to-do list; vendors see only the run of show and their own jobs.
Live updates and schedule changes
Running late? Push the day back in minutes and everyone's times move with it, with a notification to the team.
Centralized wedding information
Key dates, guest list and RSVPs, seating and the wedding website — in the same workspace as the tasks.
Today each wedding is its own workspace — you'd set one up per client. Click around a sample wedding, no sign-up.

None of these exist yet. They're the ideas we want to test against how you actually work — pilot partners decide which get built first, and how.
AI-assisted timeline generation
A first draft of the run of show from the details you already have.
Automated vendor briefings and communications
Each vendor's part of the day, written up and sent for you.
Smart task extraction from documents
Contracts and briefs turned into tasks with owners and dates.
Multi-wedding dashboard and workload overview
Every client wedding, and what's due this week, on one screen.
How it works
Set up your wedding and import existing information
Bring tasks and guest lists in from a spreadsheet, and invite the couple, helpers and vendors.
Organize timelines, responsibilities and communications
Give every task and every moment of the day an owner, so nobody has to ask what they're doing.
Coordinate the wedding day from one central workspace
Everyone works from the same live run of show — change it once and it's changed for all of them.
AI-assisted workflows are being developed with our pilot partners.
Pilot partner program
We're partnering with a select group of professional wedding planners to build smarter workflows around the way you already work.
Apply for early access
Two minutes. Jen, the founder, reads every application herself and replies within a few working days.
Questions
Partly. The coordination tools in the "available today" list are live, and couples use them on real weddings now — you can try them yourself. The Pro version for planners, including the multi-wedding overview and every AI feature, doesn't exist yet. We're building it with our pilot partners.
It starts with a short discovery call about how you work today. If it's a good fit, you get free access, we set it up with you on one of your upcoming weddings, and we meet for short feedback sessions as the planner features take shape. You decide how much time you give it.
Yes, alongside it. There are no integrations with other planning software yet. You can bring tasks and guest lists in from a spreadsheet, and which tools you'd most want connected is exactly what the pilot is for.
Yes. Pilot partners pay nothing during the pilot, and we never ask for a card. If we introduce paid plans later, you'll hear about pricing well before anything changes.
No. If you can work with a shared spreadsheet or a WhatsApp group, you can use this — and onboarding is done with you, one-on-one.
